The opinions, services and instruction being offered to me by Suraj Bryson, or other instructors at her request, are NOT medical advice, consultation, Therapy or treatment, nor does it include any other medical, mental, physical or spiritual diagnosis. I understand that the educational services and instruction provided by the instructors are not intended to be in place of or in lieu of any medical advice or treatment that I may require for any cause whatsoever, now or in the future.

No representations or statements that have been made to me in regards to the services or instruction that may be provided and NO GUARANTEE has been made to me in regards to expected results or a cure of any kind or for any medical condition, nor are any of the instructors considered or trained as such therapists.

It is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the individual / group classes / workshops offered. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical or mental condition which would prevent my full participation in classes, workshops, or instruction.

Yoga requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and I specifically agree that Suraj Bryson shall not be liable for any claim, demand, cause of any action of any kind, whatsoever for, on account of death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from or related to participant’s use of the facilities or participation in any sport, exercise, yoga, or activity within or without the facility premises.

Engagement in any and all physical movement, exercises, or yoga is done at my own risk. I assume all risk and full responsibility of injury, illness, damage or loss to my person or property that might result.

Any cancellations or changes are non refundable within 24hrs of the session time.
Payment Plans

You authorise and instruct PayPal to pay Suraj-Arya amounts from your selected payment method for the amounts you agree to and as presented to PayPal by Suraj-Arya.

Please make sure the funds are available in your selected payment method on the due date of the payment. If the payment is unable to be processed PayPal will notify you via email and will attempt the payment again within 3 business days. PayPal will attempt the payment three times before the payment agreement is automatically terminated. All outstanding amounts will need to be settled under agreement with Suraj-Arya. Please note that you may be liable for a reconnection fee.

You may cancel an automatic payment up to 3 business days before the date of the next scheduled payment from your account settings or by contacting us. Once you contact PayPal to cancel an automatic payment, all future automatic payments under your agreement with that seller will be stopped. If you cancel an automatic payment, you may still owe Suraj-Arya for the purchase or have additional obligations of payment for any goods or services that you receive but have not paid for.

PayPal performs currency conversion for automatic payment transactions. PayPal will use the transaction exchange rate (including PayPal’s currency conversion fee) in effect at the time the automatic payment transaction is processed.

You can select a payment method for future purchases either at the time of creating the agreement or in your account settings at www.paypal.com.au.

If your chosen payment method is unavailable (e.g. credit card expired), a particular agreement does not provide for the ability to specify a payment method, or if you have not designated a payment method for future transactions the payment method used will be in the following order, if applicable: 1. balance; 2. bank account; 3. debit card; and 4. credit card.
